Ingredients for Cowboy bread (Trangia)
½ | tsp | Baking soda |
½ | dl | Oil (to fry in) |
1 | Bottle cantadou hvidløgsost | |
1 | tsp | Salt |
1 ½ | dl | Water |
2½ | dl | Wheat flour |
2½ | dl | Corn flour |
Instructions for Cowboy bread (Trangia)
To prepare the Cowboy bread (Trangia) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix flour and salt in a bowl and pour water in.
Spread the dough for approx. 4 minutes, add a little extra flour if it stick.
Form the dough with floured hands for 2 cakes.
Pour oil into the pan so it covers the bottom and when the oil is hot, brush the two cakes of golden brown approx. 2 minutes on each side at low thermal heating.
Let the bread cool a little and butter the cheese.
