Ingredients for Corsicaner steak

Instructions for Corsicaner steak
To prepare the Corsicaner steak recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chicken tomatoes and peel them or use canned tomatoes-finely chop them.
Chop the onion and garlic. Halve the olives.
Close the steaks by frying them lightning fast on the Pan in olive oil at 200 degrees. Lower the saw to 175 degrees and give the steaks two-three minutes more on each side. Set the steaks aside on a preheated dish.
Garlic and onion in the Pan then. When they are blank, add tomatoes and basil. Cook through and season with salt and pepper. Add the olives. When they are hot, the sauce ready to pour over the steaks.
Serve with baked potatoes or pommes frites and baguettes.
