Instructions for Cooking egg, energy-saving (boil egg)
To prepare the Cooking egg, energy-saving (boil egg) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Approximately ½ dl water comes in a smaller pot, the eggs are put in and the pot is put on the stove. Turn on full heat. When the vapor extinguishes out of the lid, turn off the pan.
The pot should stand on the heat for 10 minutes, after which the pot is taken off and cold water will come on the eggs.
tips:
Works best on electric cooker as gas does not provide after heat. At the gas stove you can try to pack the pot into towels and put the pot under the cushion for 10 minutes after turning off the gas.
Give the eggs a small dot / hole at the thick end, so they do not crack during cooking
