150gNougat
75gPure raw marzipan

Instructions for Confectionery Pieces

To prepare the Confectionery Pieces recipe, please follow these instructions:

Nougat and chocolate melted together. Pour half of the nougat / chocolate mass into an alu shape of 6x14.5 cm.

Roll the marcipan into sausages and put two equal rolls into the nougat / chocolate mass. Pour the last nougat / chocolate mass over. Chilled to the day after.

Cut into square bars and then pieces, so it ends like small squares with a circle marcipan inside.

The pieces can be stored in a tightly sealed container until served.
