Salad:-Beans and chick peas soak ntten over.
-Both are cooked in plenty of water in about 30 mins.
-Beans and chickpeas, rinse and afdryppes well.
-The peppers cut into fine pieces.
-Parsley chopped.

-It's all mixed in a bowl.
