To prepare the Cold soup with ham and crayfish recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir in sour cream, cream and mustard together in a bowl. Add the beer. Season with sugar, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Willow buds and tear them down in the soup. Peel the cucumber and cut it into cubes. Chop the chives and pour it all in the soup. Add the ham and crayfish. Style soup cool.
Garnish with fresh chopped dill and add the ice cubes before serving.
