2.5 | dl | Coffee cream 9% |
500 | g | Cod fillet without skin |
800 | g | Potatoes |
Instructions for Codegratin with potatoes
To prepare the Codegratin with potatoes recipe, please follow these instructions:
Boil the cod approx. 8 min in low salt water.
When the potatoes are cooked, they are peeled and cut into slices. The potato slices are placed in a pipe bowl.
While the potatoes boil, fry the onion slices, squeezed garlic and bay leaf on a pan in butter until the loaves are ready. Pour boiling water and white wine. Give it a boil and taste with salt and pepper.
Mix the contents of the pan with the potato slices in the bowl bowl. Carefully turn the cod into the mixture, which comes in a greased refractory dish.
