The cod fillets are rinsed and cut into 6-8 pieces. The black olives are chopped into a coarse lot with the olive oil. The leaves of the Savoy cabbage are separated, rinsed and boiled in water until they become slightly soft. The cod pieces are placed on each leaf and seasoned with salt and pepper.
