Ingredients for Coconut Pie

1 | tsp | Vanilla sugar |
1½ | dl | Milk |
125 | g | Butter |
175 | g | Wheat flour |
250 | g | Desiccated coconut |
75 | g | Almonds |
Instructions for Coconut Pie
To prepare the Coconut Pie recipe, please follow these instructions:
Crumble the fat into the flour to the bottom of the cake. Add flour and egg yolk and pick up the dough quickly. Put the dough cold for at least 1 hour. Leave the cream. Bring the milk to the boil. Whip eggs, sugar and flour together. Pour a little of the boiling milk into the egg and pour it back into the pan. Give the cream a card boil. Let the cream get cold. Roll out the dough and cover a pie shape approx. 28 cm in diameter with it. Bring the cold cream, coconut flour, sugar, egg, vanilla sugar and deer cake salt into a bowl and whisk it with an electric whip. Distribute the filling over the crustacean. Rinse and dirt almonds. Cut them into slices or flakes and spread them over the filling. Behind the pie approx. 20 minutes at 200 degrees. Put a thin layer of flour on the pie.
