Instructions for Cocio ice cream
To prepare the Cocio ice cream recipe, please follow these instructions:
Eggs and sugar whipped thick, vanillekort added with Cocio and cream. Frozen-i put it in the freezer, on the same day, it will be used. ½ hour before we must have dessert, I take it up, let it thaw a bit and put it then in an ice-cream maker for consistency like soft ice cream.
Tips:
If it must be really delicious I make portions with two small individual bowls-one for the ice (low ½ serving) and one for the Crème brulé m. Orange flavor in the other-see the recipe somewhere in "the cookbook".
