1 | dl | Flax seed (whole or crushed) |

1 | dl | Sunflower seeds |
1-1.5 | kg | Wheat flour |
2 | dl | Grahams |
2 | dl | Sugar |
2 | dl | Youhurt (plain or vanilla) |
3 | dl | Oatmeal |
3 | tsp | Salt |
5 | dl | Hot water |
75 | g | Yeast |
Instructions for Coarse buns with youghurt
To prepare the Coarse buns with youghurt recipe, please follow these instructions:
KOm yeast, oil, salt, sugar, youhurt and water in a large bowl.
Add oatmeal, sunflower seed, flaxseed and grahamsmel and stir well so the yeast is completely dissolved.
Bring flour and knead the dough well. It may be a little sticky.
Let it rise for about 30 minutes in the bowl.
Form it for buns. About 24 pcs depending on the size you choose to make them.
Let them rise between 1 and 1.5 hours. (They are about to be doubled in size). You can see they are finished raised when you dot them with a finger and the print will be seated.
Behind 200 degrees in warm oven. About 20 minutes until the bottom is golden brown.
