250 | g | Wheat flour |
300-325 | g | Sifting |
3½ | dl | Buttermilk |
4 | tbsp | Oil |
50 | g | Yeast |
Instructions for Coarse bread
To prepare the Coarse bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir yeast into lukewarm water. Add buttermilk, oil and salt. Mix coarse flour in flour. Add the flour to a couple of times until the dough has a suitable consistency. Eat the dough well. Set it covered for lifting ½ hour. Shape the dough into an elongated bread. Let it adhere to 15 min. Cut the bread and sieve a thin layer of flour over. Bake bread approx. 35 min. At 200 °.
