Ingredients for Claus ´ s Viking Pan

5 | dl | Cooking cream 18% |

600 | g | Pork Tenderloin, trimmed |
Instructions for Claus ´ s Viking Pan
To prepare the Claus ´ s Viking Pan recipe, please follow these instructions:
Pork Tenderloin of stucco, cut it into slices and fry the slices in the bottom of a pot, be taken up.
Then saute the onion and garlic along with the spices, put the meat back in the Pan, pour water in, so much that it covers the ingredients. Let Cook for at least half an hour, the longer it is allowed to boil the more tender the meat will be.
Then put ketchup and cream in, smooth it with corn flour and season to taste.
Tips:
Serve with rice and French fries. One can usefully put bacon, cocktail sausages, mushrooms, etc. in.
