Instructions for Citronmuffins II
To prepare the Citronmuffins II recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir in butter and sugar well, add the eggs 1 at a time. Stir in flour and baking soda in. Grate lemon finely and stir in grated lemon peel and lukewarm water in.
Got dough in papirsforme, max 2/3 filled. Bake at 220 g in 10-15 my, convection oven 190 g in 0-15 min.
Icing: make glaze which add lemon juice. Be put on pasties, possibly in fine patterns.
