Instructions for Citronmuffins Diabetes
To prepare the Citronmuffins Diabetes recipe, please follow these instructions:
Beat the sugar and eggs light and frothy.
Add the fat, milk and lemon juice and stir well.
Sift flour, baking powder and vanilla sugar together and stir mixture into dough along with lemon rind.
Whip until there are no lumps.
Divide the batter into 12 muffin cups and bake them in the middle of the oven 12-15 minutes at 200 degrees c. alm. oven.
Take the baked muffins out of the oven and let them cool on a rack.
Mix water and powdered sugar and stir. Advantage of the glaze on the 12 muffins.
Tips:
The small amount of sugar is ok for a diabetic. A muffin is suitable as a snack for a diabetic. The glaze can possibly. is omitted. The finished muffins can be frozen.
