Ingredients for Circle with cream

1 1/2 | tbsp | Corn flour |
1/2 | tsp | Salt |
1/2 | tsp | Vanilla sugar |
100 | g | Raisins |
150 | g | Margarine |
2 | Eggs | |
2 | tbsp | Sugar |
450 | g | Wheat flour (7 1/2 dl) |
50 | g | Yeast |
Instructions for Circle with cream
To prepare the Circle with cream recipe, please follow these instructions:
The milk lunes and the yeast is thrown into it. The Margarine crumbled in the flour. The other ingredients are added and the dough easily kneaded together. Set for tilting a tight spot approx. 30 min.
Cream: Eggs and sugar are whipped together in a saucepan. The other ingredients are added. Everything is brought straight to the boiling point while still whipping.
The cream is cooled.
The dough rolls out thinly into an elongate plate. The cream is laid in the middle, the raisins are sprinkled over. The dough is rolled together and shaped into a pastry on the plate. Repeats approx. 15 min.
Brush with eggs.
Bagetid approx. 25 min. At 200 degrees.
