50 | g | Yeast |
50 | g | Cinnamon sugar |
500 | g | Wheat flour |

Heal the milk into a bowl and crumble down after the yeast and stir until it is
dissolved. Then pour the flour into and stir when the dough looks like a dough, put the cinnamon sugar in a little while and stir until it is nungelunde to split and knead it and set it to warm for a half hour. Once the dough has raised, remove it from the bowl and knead it once more roll a long sausage and cut some small pieces and shape them with the hands of small bowls.
Warm the oven up to 180 degrees and behind them for 10-15 minutes, but keep an eye on them. Take them out and let them cool for approx. 5 min and eat them with butter.
tip. You can also brush the balls with lung water and pour cane sugar on them.
