Ingredients for Cinnamon Bread II

100 | g | Butter |
50 | g | Yeast |

Instructions for Cinnamon Bread II
To prepare the Cinnamon Bread II recipe, please follow these instructions:
Udrør yeast with lukewarm water. Add the eggs. Melt butter, let it swallow a bit of, mix it with the cold milk. Pour the mixture over the yeast when it's small finger warm.
Add salt and some of the flour. Beat the dough together and knead well through it on the table, with so much flour, as it can take.
Put the dough in the bowl, place a damp cloth over and let dough raise 30 minutes. Beat the dough down and knead it through. Deploy it on a floured board in length as bageformen and ca. 4 times as wide. Stir the butter with brown sugar and cinnamon and butter the filling over the dough in an even layer, button next to the one long page, brush the free edge with egg. Roll the bread together, and place it so that the join comes down, in a well-oiled shape (oblong shape 1 ¼ l).
Let the bread after raising 15 minutes. Turn on the oven and set it at 200 degrees c. alm. oven.
Brush with the beaten egg and sprinkle over granulated sugar or put icing on the Pearl. Behind the bread on the lower Groove in the oven at 200 degrees c. alm. oven for about 35-45 minutes.
