1 | tbsp | Salt |
1000 | g | Wheat flour |
250 | g | Durummel |
9 | dl | Lukewarm water |
Instructions for Ciabatabrød
To prepare the Ciabatabrød recipe, please follow these instructions:
The yeast dissolved in water. Durum and 3/4 of flour and salted stir in more flour than to not. Add dough works and feels sticky, but release the glassy fingers. It all must be kneaded with mixer or the like. -in 10-15 min. Pour batter onto the baking sheet with meldrysset paper, it flows even out and fills the entire plate during salvage. Sprinkle durum over and cover with a tea towel. Raises the bar in 3-4 hours. Do not touch it, style it directly into the preheated oven, and bake at 220 degrees hot air for approx. 30 min. Splashing water in the oven just before baking. It provides a steam effect in the oven. The bread will not be as high, but full of air holes. Be eaten immediately or frozen in smaller pieces.
