1.25 | dl | Milk |
100 | g | Powder sugar |
100 | g | Sifted powdered sugar |
125 | g | Margarine |
2 | Eggs | |
2 | tsp | Cinnamon |
275 | g | Wheat flour |
3 | tsp | Baking soda |
75 | g | Icing sugar |
Instructions for Christmas spice cake
To prepare the Christmas spice cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
The margarine stir soft. Powder sugar sprinkled in. Whole eggs added one at a time. Wheat flour, baking soda, spices and powdered sugar sifted together and mix in the batter alternately with the milk.
The dough is filled into a butter greased springform approx. 23 cm. in diameter.
Bake about 35 minutes at 175 degrees c. alm. oven.
The cake is cooled in 5-10 min, before gently invert of the form. The glaseres hot with icing and worn on the table with lighted red Christmas lights.
