450gWheat flour
5dlLukewarm water
50gYeast
700gWholemeal rye flour

Instructions for Christmas Rye Bread

To prepare the Christmas Rye Bread recipe, please follow these instructions:

Water and buttermilk are placed in a bowl and the yeast is piped out. The other ingredients are added and the dough is well kneaded. Covered with a towel and placed in a tilted place for a while. 1 1/2 hour.

The dough is knocked down and shredded into 2 loaves, which come in 2 molds (about 1 1/2 l.). Repeats approx. 1/2 hour.

Brush with a mixture of melted margarine and water. Dotted with a fork.
