Instructions for Christmas coffee

To prepare the Christmas coffee recipe, please follow these instructions:

Warm the Chimay beer - of course, do not cook - and have a cup of coffee. In the coffee beans break one or two cinnamon sticks to be brewed. Whip the cream.
In each glass, put a spoonful of brown sugar at the bottom and then add 30 cl. Of the heated chimay. When done, pour a cup of full-bodied coffee in and finish with the whipped cream on top. The prick over it may be to use another bar of cinnamon that happens.
