Instructions for Christmas cake
To prepare the Christmas cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
Tørdelene sieve. The milk is heated to 30 degrees C, the yeast is mixed in a bit of this. The fat is melted in milk. Eggs and sugar together, beat for 15 minutes. All kneaded lightly and raised in about 1 hour.
The dough is kneaded thoroughly with the washed the raisins, the washed, small-minded sukat and added in a greased form. After raised, swabbed and bake.
Potato flour can be omitted, with account being taken as 100 g. flour more.
