Ingredients for Christina's Squash Cake
0.25 | tsp | Baking soda |
1 | tsp | Salt |
2 | tsp | Bicarbonate of soda |
2 | dl | Oil |
2 | tsp | Vanilla sugar |
200 | g | Dark chocolate 44% |
3 | Eggs | |
3 | tsp | Cinnamon, ground |
300 | g | Wheat flour |
350 | g | Squash |
360 | g | Sugar |
Instructions for Christina's Squash Cake
To prepare the Christina's Squash Cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
Eggs, oil and sugar are beaten together with a hand mixer, like 5 min.
Then met mel in and stir well.
Then comes the peeled and revede squash and the chopped chocolate and stir.
At the very end put cinnamon, salt, soda and baking powder in, vanillie.
Bake in a small baking pan 23x33 cm. i30-35 minutes at 180 degrees C in convection ovens and 200 degrees in alm. oven.
Tips:
The cake should cool a bit before it gets sliced in. You can also omit kanelen, it destroys not the cake.
That can be used 100 g. chocolate and 100 g almonds instead of the 200 g. chocolate
