Instructions for Chokolademousse Pie II
To prepare the Chokolademousse Pie II recipe, please follow these instructions:
How to: Butter a round cake form, and sprinkle it with breadcrumbs., approx. 24 cm in diameter, with removable rim. Set the oven at 175 °. Chop the almonds fine. Whisk eggs and Muscovado light and fluffy. Mix the ground almonds and orange shell in. Pour batter into the mold, and behind it on the lower Groove in the oven for about 25 minutes. Let the tart cool in the mould before it loosened. Melt the chocolate over a water bath. Mix the egg yolks and 1 dl of cream into a saucepan, and Cook, stirring until mixture is thickened. Let the mixture cool. Mix the melted chocolate with the cold egg cream. Whip the remaining cream, and turn it into the dough. Put the cake on a serving plate, and put the edge on the mould around the base. Wide mousse out on the bottom. Style in the refrigerator until serving. Remove the mold, and garnish with fruit and/or berries.
