Instructions for Chokoladekys
To prepare the Chokoladekys recipe, please follow these instructions:
The almonds are sliced (the skins are peeled after they are dipped in boiling water), they are dried and cut into fine strips before shaking on a hot dry forehead for a few minutes. The egg whites are whipped very stiff and sugar is mixed in while you continue whipping the marlin is stiff. The cold roasted almonds and vanilla sugar are mixed in and the cocoa is sifted in (it must be sifted to blend better). It all has to be mixed, and with a spoon you put the mixture in peaks on a greased baking sheet. They are baked in the middle of the oven at 150 degrees for 30 - 35 minutes. If you want to make them like little kisses, they'll bake for a shorter time. To see if the cakes have baked long enough, tag one out of the oven and cut through. It's a matter of taste whether you want the cakes a little damp or completely dry.
tips:
There are enough to 10 large or 15 smaller ones.
