To prepare the Chocolate-nut breakage recipe, please follow these instructions:
Grate the nut kernels on a hot, dry pan until the husks begin to loosen. Let kernels cool and rub them into the husk fall off. Melt and honey nougat at very low heat and toss the nuts in. At very low heat melt the chocolate and butter about half in a small form-ca. 25 x 15 cm-lined with baking paper. Wide nut nougaten over and let it congeal completely before the remaining chocolate brushed over. Set the mold cool before nut bride reversed out and broken or cut.
