150 | g | Wheat flour |
150 | g | Sugar |

25 | g | Walnut kernels |
50 | g | Icing sugar |
75 | g | Dark chocolate 44% |
Instructions for Chocolate muffins I
To prepare the Chocolate muffins I recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt the butter and let it cool. Whip egg and sugar together until light and airy. Add the cocoa milk. Mix flour and baking soda and turn it into the egg mixture. Add melted butter. Turn coarse chopped chocolate and coarse walnuts into the dough.
Pour the dough into 6 pieces. Lubricated molds. Let the cakes bake in the middle of the oven for half an hour at 175 degrees C. alm. oven. Let the cakes cool in the molds.
glaze:
Stir flour and cocoa milk together. Decorate each muffin with approx. 1 tsp. Light glaze. Stir cocoa for the rest of the bright glaze and repeat the decoration. Eat the muffins while they are hot.
tips:
You can heat the muffins in the oven or on a toaster and they will be warm again.
