Ingredients for Chocolate Mouse

100 | g | Sugar |
200 | g | Dark chocolate 44% |
3 | Egg yolk, pasteurised | |
5 | dl | Whipped cream |
80 | g | Soft nougat |
Instructions for Chocolate Mouse
To prepare the Chocolate Mouse recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt chocolate and nougat gently (possibly in water bath).
Whip the cream to the foam.
Boil water and sugar and boil until sugar is melted. Remove the pot from the heat and let it cool a little.
Whip the eggs in the hot sugar syrup until they are airy and bright. Mix the hot chocolate in. Turn the whipped cream together with cognac. Save any. Some cognac and whipped cream for decoration.
Now it's about getting the mousse quickly up in serving glass before it stiffens. Tap the bottom of the glass so that the surface is smoothed.
Server with a little whipped cream on top. Decorate any. With some strawberries.
The chocolate mousse is floral and mildew from the often heavy types.
