Ingredients for Chocolate medals
1 ½ dl of whipped cream. whipping cream | ||

185 | g | Butter |
2 | Egg yolks | |
2 | leaves | Isinglass |
250 | g | Flour |
30 | g | Sugar |
70 | g | Icing sugar |
Instructions for Chocolate medals
To prepare the Chocolate medals recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chop the butter into the flour and knead the dough with icing sugar, egg yolks, chocolate and cocoa. Let the rest cold some hours. Deploy the dough, stick-out round cakes and behind them by good heat 200 degrees for about 10 minutes.
Can be stored in the can.
For the cream stir the egg yolks and sugar well, vanilla and gelatin, dissolved in 1-2 tbsp. water, stirred in, and a little after, invert the cream skimmed in half of the round cakes glaseres with melted chocolate, and once it has solidified, the cakes together two and two with the cream in between.
Can garnish with almonds or nut kernels split open, while the chocolate is soft.
