To prepare the Chocolate Lime Cheesecake recipe, please follow these instructions:
Turn on the oven at 180ºC. Common heat
Use a round jump shape.
Grab the bottom of the spring shape into the stanchion roll, put the mold back on and close over the stanchion. Then fold the remaining stanniol over the edge of the mold.
Melt the butter and crush the chocolate biscuits. Mix these two things together.
Put this in the spring shape and style this to cool in the fridge.
Meanwhile, the last thing is mixed together. The filling must be completely smooth so that the best results are obtained by whipping the ingredients together with the dough hooks on your hand mixer or using a rod blender.
Take the spring shape out of the fridge and on the curd in.
Put the mold in a deep frying pan that is half filled with water and then put it in the middle of the oven.
Bake for about an hour. Check out after 50 minutes. The cake must be firm, but a little 'shaky' if you move a little to the shape.
