Chop flour, butter and salt together into a grainy mass. Gather the dough with the egg yolk. Press the dough out into small heart shape. Pipe the filling together favor it in molds. Set them in a 200 degrees oven for about 20 minutes, until they have got nice color. Let them cool off. Melt the chocolate and butter it on cakes. Garnish with almond flakes.
