Instructions for Chocolate Cones I
To prepare the Chocolate Cones I recipe, please follow these instructions:
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees C. Alm. oven.
Sift flour and salt together into a bowl. Chop the chocolate, but not too fine. Set it aside.
Spread some cold butter into cubes and crumble it quickly into the flour. There may be lumps back. Then add baking soda, sugar and chopped chocolate and mix it without melting the lumps. Finally, catch the buttermilk and collect the dough quickly.
Pour the dough into 1½ cm thick on a table sprinkled with flour. Use a plain glass and spoon for scones.
Lay them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Let them bake in the middle of the oven for 10-15 minutes.
The finished chocolate cloves must tear in the middle and be light brown at the bottom.
