Instructions for Chocolate Chopper
To prepare the Chocolate Chopper recipe, please follow these instructions:
Sieve flour, cocoa and soda together, add sugar, vanilla sugar, butter in lumps and milk. Stir the dough for 2 minutes, gently peel the eggs and stir in the dough for 2 minutes. Fill the dough into a small, well-baked pan (30x25 cm) and bag the cake at even heat (175 °) for 30-35 minutes. The cake can be glazed whole, it can be spliced and put together with creme fraiche, or moccacreme. It can be sliced in fine slices, glazed with melted chocolate or white icing and decorated with almonds, lemon-shaped pear pieces, candied violets, grated lemon peel or whatever you prefer.
