1-1.5 | dl | Cocoa (to taste) |
3 | tsp | Baking soda |
3 | tsp | Vanilla sugar |
350 | g | Wheat flour |

Instructions for Chocolate cake for winter sports
To prepare the Chocolate cake for winter sports recipe, please follow these instructions:
Eggs and sugar whipped white and foaming to the sugar do not mess anymore.
Half of the flour is sifted with cocoa, vanilla sugar and baking soda and stir in the egg mixture alternately with oil and milk (coffee).
Then sift the rest of the flour and stir in gradually, but only the dough drops into semi-liquid lumps from the spoon.
Pour the dough into a large baking sheet with edge lined with baking paper and behind 180 gr. For approx. 25 minutes until the dough does not hang on a match stuck down in the middle of the cake.
Let the cake cool for a couple of minutes and advantageously add the chocolates with enough distance to cut the cake with 1 piece. Chocolate on each piece of cake.
