Instructions for Chocolate budding 02
To prepare the Chocolate budding 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Soaked house blossom in cold water. Bring the chocolate into smaller pieces and gently melt it into the hot coffee. Add the milk and boil it.
Whip egg yolks and sugar thick and foaming. Sprinkle some of the boiling chocolate milk into the eggs and pour it back into the pan. Warm the cream to the boiling point, it must not boil, so it separates.
Remove the pot from the heat, crush the house block free of water and melt it directly into the hot cream with stirring. Let the cream get cold.
Whip the cream of foam and gently mix the creamy cream into the chocolate cream as it begins to thicken. Pour the bowl into a bowl and style it cold to stiffen. Decorate with whipped cream and fried chocolate.
