Instructions for Chili oil, strong
To prepare the Chili oil, strong recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the chili fruit and remove the kernels. Chop the fruit meat into flakes and put them in a jar that can withstand high heat. For example. A stentykrukke.
Heat the oil in a saucepan until it smokes. Take it immediately after the heat. Let it cool for 3-4 minutes.
Pour the hot oil into the jar. The chile flakes rise to the surface, but gradually descend to the bottom again. The oil is burning spicy almost immediately, but will become even more spicy in a couple of days.
When the oil has reached the desired taste, remove the chili pieces. The oil can last for months in a cool place.
