200 | g | Iceberg |
250 | g | Cherry tomatoes |
400 | g | Cooked/fried chicken |
Instructions for Chicken Salad with pineapple
To prepare the Chicken Salad with pineapple recipe, please follow these instructions:
Arrow the flesh from the cooked/fried chicken and cut it into suitable pieces.
Cut bacon slices into cubes and fry them until they are completely crisp. Let them cool on a paper towel.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Stir in dressing of sour cream, 2 tablespoons pineapple juice, a little Finnish year chives and salt and pepper.
Turn the chicken, bacon, tomato and pineapple in the dressing.
Serve the salad on a platter and serve chicken salad on top served with baguettes.
Tips:
Boiling the chicken: the chicken laid over in plenty of water, add salt and let it cook up, creamed off of. Chicken småkoget in ca. 60 minutes and taken up and drips off.
