10gDried mushrooms soaked in cold water about 2 hours (possibly in the morning)
100gButter
2tbspWheat flour
2A total of ca. 300 g chicken breasts
3dlWhipped cream

To prepare the Chicken breast on lemon-asparagus and mushroom sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:

Asparagus steamed in a little water with 50 g butter, juice from half a lemon and a little salt to the still crisp. Chicken breasts sautéed on a dry pan with skin side down. FRY about 8 min. on each side. Seasoned with salt. In a small saucepan sauté the mushrooms in the remaining butter macerate. Sprinkled with flour and stir. Add cream, lemon pepper and the juice of half a lemon and cook through on a low heat. Will be the sauce too thick it may have to thin water down with a little water from the mushrooms. Course is served with rice or fresh spinach-pasta.
