Instructions for Cheesecake with wine
To prepare the Cheesecake with wine recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bottom: The butter is cut into smaller pieces and crumbled in the flour. Collect the dough quickly with cold water. Leave it covered cold for about 1 hour. Roll out the dough and coat a greased pie (about 22 cm) with the dough.
Filling:
Whip the egg yolks with flour and mix it with the cream cheese. Add cherry wine. Whip the egg whites stiff and gently turn them into the cheese mixture. Pour it over the dough and behind the cake in the middle of the oven. Cool the cheese cake.
Jelly:
The husblasen is soaked and melted in the hot cherry wine, which is then sifted over the cake.
