150 | g | Cheese, URf.eks. Emmental cheese |
2 | dl | Water |
50 | g | Yeast |
500 | g | Wheat flour (approx. 8 ½ dl.) |
Instructions for Cheese muffins
To prepare the Cheese muffins recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chop the cheese in very fine pieces. Take some cheese for decoration. Add yeast, salt and flour. Add the water little by little until the dough has gathered. Pour the dough into 16 bowls and place them in a circle (1 bowl in the middle, 6 bowls, etc.) on a baking sheet with baking paper. Allow the balls to rise for 15 minutes. Sprinkle the rest of the cracked cheese on the balls. Put the baking sheet in a cold oven on the middle rib. Turn on the oven and behind the balls for 25 minutes. Accessories Salads or meatballs
