To prepare the Cheese Cake (Baked Cheesecake) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Bottom: Dough knead together and refrigerate 2-3 hours. A teaspoon / spring shape is coated, and the bottom is baked with stanolol for 5-10 min. / 200 degrees.

Curd: Everything, except lemon peel, is mixed and pressed through a wire sieve. Then add the lemon. The curd is poured into the mold and baked at 200 degrees, for 45-60 minutes.

Served cold, decorated with flour and kiwi / strawberries.
