200 | g | Leeks |
25 | g | Butter or margarine |
3 | tbsp | Wheat flour |
400 | g | Celery |
6 | dl | Boil water from meatballs |
Instructions for Celery sauce
To prepare the Celery sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt the butter or margarine and stir the flour. Slice the baking for approx. 1 min. Add the cooking water a little at a time and whip the sauce through. Season with salt, pepper and muskat. Peel the celery and cut it into small cubes. Sprinkle and rinse the pores and cut them into thin slices. Put celery pieces and pepper in the sauce and cook them tenderly, approx. 5 min. Put the balls in and warm the dish through.
Served for potatoes and meatballs.
