Instructions for Celery Casserole with beef
To prepare the Celery Casserole with beef recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the meat into serving pieces. Brown them in a large pot, URf.eks. an iron pot. Add salt, pepper and soy sauce. Add the water and let it boil up. Foam if necessary the surface clean. Put the lid on and let the meat Cook gently for about 1 ½ hours depending on the cut of meat it is, and how tender the meat is.
Willow buds and peel potatoes and carrots. Slice the onion and potatoes into slices and carrots into small pieces. Cut the cleaned celery, sliced crosswise.
Mix the onions and other vegetables in the pan. Add the Basil. Let pan cook ahead on a low heat for about half an hour or for meat and vegetables are tender.
Season with salt. Sprinkle parsley over the finished right and server.
