Instructions for Cauliflower soup with curry
To prepare the Cauliflower soup with curry recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the cauliflower head into smaller bouquets.
Pour vegetable broth and milk into a pan and put it in a boil.
When boiling, add cauliflower, salt and curry.
Let it simmer for 8 minutes.
Pour the soup into a blender and blend the cauliflower completely smoothly.
Pour it back into the pan and heat it through.
Add the parsley.
Season with salt and pepper.
