To prepare the Cauliflower soup with buns recipe, please follow these instructions:
The potatoes are peeled and cut into smaller pieces and boiled with cauliflower part in bouquets in the broth for approx. 30 min.
The soup is purified / blended and boiled again with whipping cream. Season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle with chopped garlic onion.
Server with hot buns.
