To prepare the Carrot salad with cinnamon recipe, please follow these instructions:
Slice the carrots into long thin strips lengthwise along the carrot. This is done most easily with a potato peeler with rocker tinge.
Whisk the lemon juice, olive oil, sugar and garlic and season with cinnamon and cayenne.
