Instructions for Carrot Casserole
To prepare the Carrot Casserole recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the meat into big tern. Arrow went and chop it fine.
Put the meat and onions in butter in a frying pan, pour broth and let the dish twist under the lid for approx. 1½ hours.
Meanwhile the carrots and potatoes are cleansed and cut. Let it boil with the meat for the last 20 minutes, add the spices and possibly. A little more fluid.

tips:
Can be served with coarse bread.
If you want to have a sauce, even with a little maizena in water.
