To prepare the Carrot cake with apricot and walnuts recipe, please follow these instructions:
Beat fat, honey, oil and eggs fluffy. Grate the carrots between fine and stir them into the lemon and add the juice. Pressure. Chop the walnuts and raisins and stir them into the mix along with apricot jam. Term wheat flour and baking powder in the mixture and mix everything well. Grease a round shape and sprinkle it with sesame seeds. Pour the dough into the mold and bake the carrot by 180 degrees at the Middle Groove in about 45 min, or it has got a nice color. Let the cake cool slightly and then turn it out onto a plate.
Tips:
Instead of apricot jam, you can mix the marmalade or jam with a different flavor in. You can switch some of the carrot out with grated Apple, for a sweeter taste.
