Ingredients for Carrot bush vol. 2
1 | dl | Pumpkin seeds |
1 | tsp | Salt |
1 | dl | Sunflower kernels |
1 | tbsp | Sugar |
2 | Eggs | |
20 | g | Yeast |
3 | Grated carrots | |
4 | dl | A38 |
400 | g | Wheat flour |
60 | g | Soft butter |
Instructions for Carrot bush vol. 2
To prepare the Carrot bush vol. 2 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dissolve yeast in the A38. Add salt, sugar, egg, carrots and kernels. And stir well together.
Come in and mix well. Add the soft butter and stir well into the dough. Is the dough too sticky add more flour. Let the dough rise for 2 hours.
Take two spoons and put the dough into lumps on a frying pan. Brush with egg or milk.
Baked at 225 degrees Alm. Oven for approx. 15 min
